Job Responsibilities:
To take care of the overall functioning of Immigration and student visa
Be responsible for Students Counselling, Visa operations, i.e Visa Processing, Visa filing, Visa documentation & co-ordination with student- parents and foreign universities.
Overall training and development of all the employees.
Maintenance of the churned- up rate as per the given target.
To cater 100% student satisfaction.
Handling of difficult students and situations by counseling..
Every employee’s record file is to be maintained and updated with the kind of performance.
Proper reporting to the directors on daily basis.
Non Technical Skills: Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
